While we really hope you are happy with your product, we realise there could be issues with shipping that may cause damages. If you are not satisfied with the product please contact us within 30 days of your original order to discuss a refund or replacement. We hope it doesn’t come to that, we will do our best to make it as simple as possible for you! Your refund will be credited to your original payment method. The refund will be received within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. 

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to complete orders as quickly as possible. Prints will arrive gift wrapped with an accompanying certificate of authentication. Once processed, an email confirmation will be sent to you via the email provided in the order completion page to let you know the order has been shipped. Orders should be expected to arrive within 4-5 working days.
